Your Mission:

Lead the Mid-Term Review (MTR) of Zambia's 2022-2026 Digital Health Strategy and develop a national Digital Health Blueprint to accelerate progress toward Universal Health Coverage (UHC).

Key Deliverables:

✔ MTR Report: Evaluate progress, challenges, and global benchmarks of Zambia’s digital health strategy

✔ Blueprint Development: Create a short-, medium-, and long-term roadmap for digital health integration

✔ Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews/FGDs with govt (MoH, ZICTA), NGOs, and private sector

✔ Operational Tool Testing: Map business processes for a WHO digital health needs tracker

Who We’re Looking For:

✅ Education: Advanced degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, or Social Sciences

✅ Experience:

• 5+ years in digital health programs, M&E, or health systems strengthening
• Proven track record in strategy evaluations and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with Zambia’s health sector (preferred)
• ✅ Skills:
• Data analysis (quantitative/qualitative methods)
• Strategic planning and policy development
• Stakeholder management (govt, NGOs, private sector)
• Tech-savvy (health informatics tools, digital platforms)
