Your Mission:
✔ Be the Safety Champion - Set the gold standard for HSE compliance across technical operations
✔ Lead Metallurgical Innovation - Drive process optimization, automation, and digital transformation
✔ Build Tomorrow's Talent - Mentor high-performing teams and develop future metallurgical leaders
✔ Bridge Strategy & Execution - Align technical plans with business goals from mine to mill
✔ Pioneer Progress - Evaluate cutting-edge technologies to keep us at industry forefront
We Need Someone With:
🔬 15+ years in complex metallurgical operations (copper/nickel plants preferred)
🎓 Degree in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering (post-grad qualifications a plus)
💡 Hands-on expertise in process control systems (PowerBI, PI Systems) and optimization
🌍 Global Mindset - Experience in plant commissioning/ramp-up highly valued
🚗 Class B Driver's License & EIZ eligibility
