🏗️ Your Mission:

✔ Command the Pit – Oversee all crushing and pit construction activities, ensuring peak production, safety, and efficiency.

✔ Lead the Charge – Manage cross-functional teams of operators, technicians, and contractors to hit targets and exceed expectations.

✔ Master of Strategy – Develop and execute plans that optimize processes, minimize risks, and control costs.

✔ Guardian of Compliance – Uphold the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, and quality control.

✔ Bridge Builder – Liaise between engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to keep projects on track and on budget.

⛏️ Who You Are:

✅ 10-15 years of experience managing large-scale crushing pit or civil engineering projects (degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience counts!).

✅ Technical Ace – Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management tools (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, etc.).

✅ Leader of Legends – Able to inspire teams, make tough calls under pressure, and deliver results.

✅ Communication Pro – Crystal-clear in writing and speech, with a knack for translating complex tech into actionable plans.

✅ Unshakable Integrity – Known for accountability, discipline, and problem-solving grit.
