Are you a skilled Electrical Artisan with experience in FMCG or manufacturing? Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia is looking for a dynamic team player to maintain and optimize our production equipment in Lusaka!
🔧 Your Role:
As an Electrical Shift Artisan, you’ll be key to keeping our operations running smoothly by:
✔ Performing routine & preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery
✔ Troubleshooting faults using PLC knowledge and problem-solving techniques (FFA, Fishbone, Why 5)
✔ Optimizing equipment performance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
✔ Training operators on autonomous maintenance and safety procedures
✔ Ensuring compliance with KORE electrical safety standards
✔ Supporting NPD trials and documenting engineering changes
✅ We Need Someone With:
✔ Grade 12 Certificate (5+ credits)
✔ Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
✔ 2+ years’ experience in FMCG/manufacturing (PLCs, compressors, generators, refrigeration)
✔ Strong technical skills – Ability to diagnose & fix electrical issues
✔ Computer literacy & communication skills
✔ Team player mindset – Ready to collaborate & take initiative
