Are you a tax compliance specialist with a strategic mindset and global tax expertise? We're seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Tax Accountant to lead our tax operations, ensuring full regulatory compliance while optimizing our tax position across local and international jurisdictions.
💼 Your Mission:
✔ Tax Strategy & Compliance – Manage all tax activities, from planning to filings, ensuring 100% compliance with local & international regulations
✔ Regulatory Oversight – Stay ahead of tax law changes and implement necessary adjustments
✔ Tax Reporting & Systems – Master online tax platforms & ASYCUDA systems for efficient submissions
✔ Audit Leadership – Serve as the go-to tax expert during internal/external audits
✔ Team Guidance – Provide tax direction to finance teams and business units
✔ IFRS/IAS Application – Ensure accounting standards align with tax reporting
✅ Who You Are:
✔ Fully Qualified Accountant – ACCA/CIMA certification (mandatory)
✔ ZICA Registered – Must hold active membership
✔ 4+ Years Post-Qualification – With middle management experience
✔ Telecom Industry Background – 2+ years in telecom? A big plus!
✔ Tax Tech Savvy – Expert in online tax systems & ASYCUDA
✔ Global Tax Knowledge – Understanding of cross-border tax implications
✔ Leadership Skills – Ability to guide teams & drive compliance culture
