Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional with a passion for financial accuracy and integrity? We're looking for a General Ledger Accountant to lead transaction processing and ensure our financial records are flawless, compliant, and audit-ready!
💼 Your Mission:
✔ Oversee GL transactions – Ensure complete, accurate, and timely posting to the general ledger
✔ Maintain financial integrity – Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
✔ Drive compliance – Apply IFRS standards and support audit processes
✔ Analyze & report – Provide insightful financial data to guide business decisions
✔ Optimize processes – Identify efficiency improvements in accounting workflows
✅ Who You Are:
✔ Qualified accountant – Degree in Finance/Accounting (or ACCA/CIMA certification)
✔ ZICA registered – Must be a licensed member of ZICA
✔ 4+ years of GL experience – Strong background in general ledger accounting
✔ IFRS expert – Deep understanding of accounting standards
✔ Tech-savvy – Proficient in accounting software & Excel
✔ Analytical thinker – Ability to interpret data & solve problems
✔ Strong communicator – Clear in verbal & written reporting
