Yalelo is seeking highly motivated, energetic, and hard-working individuals to take up a temporary role of ICT Intern.
Location: Lusaka x1 and Kitwe x1.
The Right-Fit candidate will:
- Provide first-line help desk and systems support to end users.
- Log and manage service requests in line with our help desk procedures.
- Troubleshoot and report software and hardware faults.
- Respond to and escalate network, server, and end-user incidents appropriately.
- Follow established IT policies, procedures, and protocols for incident resolution.
- Assist with compiling network health check data for analysis by relevant teams.
- Collaborate with ICT Officers to resolve technical issues at Yalelo retail outlets, including CCTV, networking, and ERP systems.
Support business process automation efforts in partnership with various departments.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 0–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with networking and Sage Evolution 200 Administration is an added advantage.
