Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.

1. Job Title: 3D Motion & Graphic Design (1 position)

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled 3D Motion & Graphic Designer to join our Digital Marketing Team. This role is instrumental in crafting visually engaging content for digital platforms—ranging from product animations to social media creatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motion design principles, 3D animation (particularly product), and graphic design, with the ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual storytelling.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-impact 3D animations (particularly product animations), product visualizations, and explainer videos for digital campaigns.
• Create static and motion graphics for social media, web, e-commerce, and paid media channels.
• Work closely with the digital art director to ideate and execute creative assets aligned with brand objectives.
• Adapt visual content for different digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, web banners, etc.).
• In-depth understanding of the market/audience and skill to incorporate them as part of creative design that leads to higher engagement.
• Ensure all creative deliverables are optimized for performance and meet deadlines.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for videos and animations.
• Execute the full production workflow: concept, modelling, animation, rendering, and post-production.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, design techniques, and digital content formats.

Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in 3D motion and graphic design within a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animations, motion graphics, and static designs tailored for digital campaigns.
• Ability to handle pressure and execute multiple projects under shorter deadlines
• Takes initiative in pursuing new assignments
• 3D Software: Blender or Cinema 4D (mandatory), Maya (optional)
• Motion Graphics & Editing: Adobe After Effects (mandatory), Premiere Pro
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Other Useful Tools: Adobe Media Encoder, Figma (for web/social design collaboration), Adobe Animate (optional)

2. Job Title: IT Technician (1 position)

Job Overview

This position holder will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair of computer systems, hardware, and  software in our manufacturing facilities in order to protect company assets and properties.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to users on computer-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and virus scans.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the IT Manager to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to users on new software and hardware.
• Maintain accurate records of IT inventory, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
