As ExpressCredit's Loan Officer, you'll be the bridge between financial solutions and community empowerment, driving responsible lending while:

✔ Growing our portfolio through strategic customer acquisition

✔ Mitigating risks with sharp credit assessment skills

✔ Delivering 5-star service to Zambia's underserved borrowers

Key Impact Areas:

💰 Sales & Portfolio Growth

• Actively sell & cross-sell tailored loan products

• Expand market reach in unserved areas (travel required)

• Cultivate DSA networks for lead generation

📊 Credit Risk Management

• Conduct thorough client vetting (financial analysis + repayment capacity)

• Enforce underwriting rules with zero exceptions

• Maintain 97%+ data accuracy in loan systems

🤝 Customer Experience Leadership

• Resolve client queries within 24 hours

• Educate borrowers on financial literacy

• Uphold confidentiality as a trusted advisor

We're Looking For:

✅ Must-Have Foundations

• Grade 12 (5 credits inc. English & Maths)

• Diploma in Business/Finance

• Valid driver's license (field mobility essential)

✅ 2+ Years Advantageous Experience

• Microfinance/banking sales

• Mobile money operations

• Credit risk assessment
