Your Mission:
As NAPSA's Compliance Inspector, you'll be the legal guardian of workers' pensions, ensuring employers meet their statutory obligations. Your work will directly:
✔ Recover millions in unpaid contributions
✔ Strengthen Zambia's pension system
✔ Deliver justice through strategic prosecutions
Key Responsibilities:
⚖️ Legal Enforcement Leadership
• Conduct forensic compliance audits of employers
• Prosecute defaulters - prepare court documents & represent NAPSA
• Enforce court orders and settlement agreements
• Develop early warning systems for high-risk employers
📈 Strategic Compliance
• Collaborate with Data Analytics teams to identify evasion patterns
• Recover unpaid contributions + penalties
• Drive nationwide employer education programs
• Recommend policy reforms to close legal loopholes
🔍 Operational Excellence
• Clean up member records for accurate benefit payments
• Utilize digital tools to monitor compliance in real-time
• Produce enforcement intelligence reports
Qualifications & Experience:
✅ Education:
• LLB Degree (Required)
• LPQE/Prosecution Certification (Preferred)
• Grade 12 (5 O-Levels inc. Math & English)
✅ Experience:
• 3+ years legal/compliance experience
• Proven courtroom/litigation skills
• Debt recovery background (advantageous)
✅ Licenses:
• Valid manual driver's license
